Brand new to the group. I am 36 male, 5'9" 178lbs. This past Friday night I had a sleep study done and was told I had severe sleep apnea. On my back I would stop breathing approximately 90 times an hour. On my side I was at 63 times per hour. Tonight they are going to fit me with cpap machine and see how it I make out. If it seems to help, I will be using one nightly. I've been trying to educate myself on all the possible options to help get a restful nights sleep. Are there any particular questions I should ask the technician? Or do I wait and see how the study goes? Any info would be appreciated.
