The new Easy Life is a very nice new mask. I used it the other night on a patient who has had mask difficulties for the last 6 months. We have tried multiple masks. We did a titration study with the new mask and he had no leak and did not need to adjust it the entire night. It was also very quiet. If you are looking for a nasal mask and are difficult to fit this might be a good choice for you.

Excellent report. Thank you for bringing this to our collective attention. I'm sure that little bit of experience that you just shared will go a long way for those amongst us who are still in search of the perfect mask (to the extent that even exists)

There is no perfect mask there is only the best one for each person. Part of what I like about working in sleep is helping people to be comfortable with their PAP machine.
On cpap for 4 wks, started with respironics comfortgel - which sleep center gave me. Used it for 2+ wks and now have been using EasyLife for past 7 days. Fits well, quiet and recommended.
Pro
Lighter, good fit
Less moving parts
No quick release clips - some say they break on comfortgel
Cons
Exhalation vents upward, toward forehead....gets cold in winter
No quick release clips - some prefer having this
