I was excited to get my new Quattro Air yesterday.  Had no problems fitting it and managing leaks.  In the night however my mouth would fall open and push the bottom of the mask open. causing the flow alarm to go off.  Looks like I'm still stuck with a chin strap. The mask fits fine.

Mary, I have to wait a month before they come out in Australia so looking forward to more reviews from you over the coming weeks.

Wish we could find something other then a chin strap or cervical collar!!!!!

I'm returning the Quattro air.  It seems to fit fine, but I continually have leaks at the bottom near my chin.  It rests in the little cleft between my lip and chin  so I don't know what's wrong.  It's a  comfortable mask, but my low flow alarm goes off all night.

One thing about the Quattro air is that return insurance is provided for free right now from cpap.com. I have mine packed up to send tomorrow.

Terry, cpap.com or ResMed suggests moving up a size if you are comparing the mask to a Quattro fx.  Perhaps that was my problem.  I bought a medium when I may have needed a large

I think I bought the wrong size Quattro Air which is why it didn't work for me.  I needed a large.

Have you tried paper tape or will that not work with this mask? I have to tape my mouth.

I tried taping MY mouth a few months ago.   So my lips then stayed closed but my cheeks puffed out like a chipmunk. Grrr......

I should have said this is a FFM, not a nasal.  Taping of the lips shouldn't be needed.  I'm pretty sure I need a large rather than the med I bought.
