I received the following recommendations:

Respironics M Series Auto w/A-Flex
ResMed S8 AutoSet II with EPR

No one commented on the merits of the Respironics ReMSTAR Auto M Series which I was given by the supply company. I do not need any heating or cooling features.

Please comment on the Respironics ReMSTAR Auto M Series machine.

Any additional feedback or additional recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Same APAP we menntioned. We just didn't add the REMStar to the name. Do you have the Auto w/A-Flex or C-Flex. The Resprionics REMStar M Series Auto w/A-Flex is newer than the same device w/C-Flex. They are both good APAPs and provide excellent therapy.
I have the C flex
That's a good APAP you've been provided with. It is fully data capable. Most local DME suppliers would have tried foisting off a bare bone, compliance data capable only, CPAP such as the Respironics REMStar M Series Plus w/C-Flex.
