Will have to see how it does.  I wish the "short" connecting hose was removable like the Wisp.  No other thoughts until I try it tonight!

The short tube IS removable but less easy than the wisp/

I have used my Nano for a couple of nights.  I had a bit of confusion figuring how the straps went, they're kind of weird.  The mask is a copy of the Wisp and not necessarily better.  My leak numbers improved last night, but it's really hard to tell if it's leaking or not.  I think the trick with these minimalist nasal masks is to replace the cushion ever three weeks.  At least for me.  I wipe it off with a mask wipe every morning and don't do any further washing of the mask. I do like the way the small hose detaches from the mask. I tried a FFM- the ResMed Quattro Air- and could not believe how dry my mouth was the next morning. I bought the wrong size and don't know if that makes any difference.

I think I will get some mask wipes.  The wisp was easy to gently wash in baby shampoo and water but I don't like disconnecting the Nano  (maybe I am using the wrong technique!) It was much more comfortable to me than the wisp as far as the head gear goes.  A little discomfort around lower nose.  No leak issues.  But I had loosened the cervical collar (due to pain) and had more mouth "puffs" which woke me up.  No change in AHI (7 day average) and no leaks.  I need to see if cushion is available on CPAP.com so I have a spare! Will see how my second night goes.

I had better luck with the Nano last night.  I found if after the air started blowing and I was laying down I could lift the whole mask up off my mace, the mask would fill with air and I could feel no leaks.  I don't have much luck with side sleeping though which is a negative for me.  I ordered two more Wisp cushions- the failures I have experienced must have been due to the cushion's age.  I think three weeks is optimal for me.  I also ordered and inexpensive conventional nasal gel mask (boil and mold cushion) for nights when the  Nano or Wisp fails me.  Since Cpap.com offers free return insurance on the Nano I  may send it back since I can't sleep on my side.   I figure if I loved the Wisp at first there has to be something I'm doing wrong- like aged cushions.

I switched pillows (the one I lay on) last night and it was more comfortable for sleep but the mask moved a little one time while on my side.  What an ongoing process we sleep apnea luck individuals go through!

I sent the Nano back yesterday.  I bought two more cushions for my Wisp and another full size nasal mask.

Have been using my Wisp the past 2 nights.  Wish I could combine what I like in each and make a "Nisp".  lol

I see there is no need for me to try the Nano. I will wait for the Nisp. :-)

I just can't seem to get the nano to work really well for me now.  So I am still with the wisp
