can it be dangres when he sleep all the time even when he standing and talking he evens start screming in his sleep

If he has not had a sleep study -- please discuss your concerns with him and his doctor. I don't have any idea what his age is, but regardless it is something that should be looked into. The sooner the better.

When I started falling sleep on my feet first thing in the morning with my breakfast plate in my hands I knew I was in trouble. A visit to my PCP luckily got me a quick referral to a sleep center. A frank talk with my psychiatrist about how I was suffering got me a prescription for Provigil in the interim between seeing the PCP and a script for CPAP so that I could actually stay awake and function. I couldn't drive, or do much of anything but nap. He needs to see his dr and have a sleep test done for the excessive sleepiness.
As for the screaming in his sleep, he is probably sleep deprived and is not sleeping well, althougha complete physical is in order.
