I am not sure what your sigh is. It could just be an affect of your body getting used to the machine. I am sure you will get some other responses on this subject very soon.

I just spoke to the Sleep Unit at the hospital i had the device from and they suggested the 'sigh' might be something to do with central obstruction. He also advised against using diazepam as that could make the titrate work harder and give a false reading.
My second night with the CPAP, this time I had a full night's sleep but I'm still feeling just as sleepy this morning as ever...
