Hi ALL 

I have a ResMed Mirrage Quattro  full face mask i have had this now for a couple of months, the thing is the strap causes a nasty rash on my hair line at the back of my neck i have been using cortisone to try sooth it but it doesn't help, anyone got any suggestions?

Try  getting in touch with Karen at Pad-A-Cheek (http://www.padacheek.com/).  She makes strap covers that may solve your problem.  Yeah, the cortisone might help if you were able to stop the irritation, but as long as you keep having that strap there it will be a problem.  In the meantime try putting some soft cloth- like T shirt material between the strap and your neck.  Good luck, something like that can make the best fitting mask impossible to wear.
Hi Wayne, What are you cleaning it with? Soap residue is irritating ,rinsing well may be helpfull. A gause bandage material can be used between strap and you. If you had allergy to strap material it would have shown up sooner. Good Sleep,Chris
