MAGNAP is an initiative started by students from the University of California, San Francisco, USA. We wish to tackle the problem of sleep apnea that affects millions of people in the US and the worlds. But before we can help you sleep better, we need YOUR help in deciding a few characteristics of our product.
So, if you have SLEEP APNEA or know someone who has this condition, please take the survey posted below. We wish our product to be as useful and as friendly as possible, and YOU have to help us.

I, for one, would appreciate it if you guys share a little about your experiences with sleep apnea in addition to asking us to take a survey. as students at UCSF, do you each have sleep apnea? if so, what treatment have you used, and how did it go?
the idea of this forum is to have communication going both ways.

Hi,
We are students at the University of California, SF. We have been working with surgeons and experts in this field to come up with a solution to sleep apnea that shows promising results. But before we can get this to the market or make it available, we need feedback as to the needs and aspirations of people suffering from sleep apnea. This is the reason for the survey.
Personally, we do not have sleep apnea, but we know people who do. And seeing the present treatments they have undergone, we felt a better way should exist. It is this that drove us into working as a group on this exciting technology.

Why doesn't the survey include other treatment options so that you can judge how many really want surgical intervention and how many want non-invasive treatment?
