light therapy

Anyone have any recommendation for a light device to help correct sleeping cycle irregularities?  My sleep doc recommended it to help me with insomnia.  I'd appreciate any advice about devices, getting insurance reimbursement, or other sites that might provide this information.  Thanks.

Your doctor should have given you more information.   I would check with my DME to see if they carry the special lights and is they do, does insurance cover them.

Did your doc explain how he wanted you to use the lights?  You can google "light therapy and insomnia" and get some hits.
