I got my ASV machine in February of 2012. The DME has only billed me three times. I have been in touch with them about it in the fall. They told me they would start billing in November. I see from the claims from my insurance company that they filed once, but I still haven't gotten any bill from them. I don't want to call them- I brought this to their attention in numerous talks with supervisors and managers and they were right snippy with me. It's funny, but they were not in the least appreciative or nice about me pointing out they weren't billing me. Now it's time for a new mask. I don't know what to do- I've gotten to the point where if they forget to bill me now it's on their heads. I made a good faith effort and was treated rudely so I've accepted I have slipped through the cracks. Now I don't want to rock the boat and buy a mask through them. I have new insurance this year so I think I'll look for another DME.
