I woke up without the hose attached to my mask -- don't know what happened, or how to prevent it from happening in the future.   Now I have a massive headache.

Any thoughts on how to prevent the hose from coming loose from the mask?

Duct tape
Uh, yeah... heck yeah. In my sleep-deprived haze, i didn't think of that. I'm going to the hardware store today.

If duct tape doesn't work, there's still another 1001 uses for it.

Another idea is to make sure there's enough slack in the hose and it isn't catching onto anything while you're sleeping. It might be that you moved into a position that caused a lot of pulling pressure. To debug on the cause, lie down awake and move around a lot to see what happens.

It might also be a bad hose or moisture on the hose or plastic causing it to lose friction. Wipe it all with a dry cloth and see if that makes a difference.
Mike, I like electrical tape better than duct tape. It holds well and is easier to remove.
Good Luck,

Good call -- haven't run out to the hardware store yet, so electrical tape it is. So easy. I'm sure it will work.

More than likely you just didn't put the hose on securely - or - the hose is getting old and could stand to be replaced. I've only had it happen once and it was just because I didn't slip it onto my mask securely.
