Having Disk issues hiatal hernia and gerd I first raised the head of my bed 6 inches .Thinking more is better.Well my low back legs quickly went numb or burning in both feet.Dropping down to 2 inches is much more comfortable.Not eating a few hours before bed and limiting caffein also helps.

So start low and little incrunments up you may find some benifit. I have severe apnea so this was No help for that.
