I can't change the report date on encoreviewer.
I've had encoreviewer for a few months. When I try to change the date range for a report I click on a date on the calendar, it looks like a pale red mark date shows on the start date I want but the date range for the report doesn't change. Please.The program always wants to show and print all days since I installed the program. Any ideas?

You get a 7 day report for efficacy and a report of compliance from the beginning of your machine usage no matter what (why PR thought it was important for the patient to have all that compliance data is beyond me--I KNOW how much I use the machine (100%) and could care less about it--the only ones who care are the insurer (so they will pay) and the DME (so they can get paid).)
Anyway, click on the last day of any 7-day period for which you want detailed efficacy data. That will generate a report for the seven day period ending on the date you've highlighted. The start date NEVER changes. It's stupid, but that's how it works.
