Hi Mickey, I saw Dr Park give a presentation on this. It may be the solution for someone whom can not tolerate pap or dental appliances. It is invasive and uses a battery pack that is implanted so it is not a one surgery proposal . As technology advances it might be more appealing. Good Sleep,Chris
