How many of you suffer from sleep paralysis while on CPAP/BiPAP?

I use my BiPAP machine faithfully every night. My settings are 25/22 with an added 2 liters of oxygen through concentrator. I have severe sleep apnea and heart disease..have had 2 MI's and a CABG.
I wake up every morning on my face which leaves some pretty  interesting designs on my face. Once in a while, I wake up sufficating..as if I was being smothered or drowning. I'm unable to move; nable to call out for help.
Does anyone else had this disorder and how do you manage it? It's terrifying, to say the least.
