How Can I Avoid Falling Asleep In the Process of Getting My Mask On?

I have problems falling asleep before I am able to get my mask on...sometimes when I first go to bed but most often after awakening to go to the bathroom. As a result, I only get two or three hours of treatment. I've tried everything I can think of and am at my wits end.

Put your mask on and then read, watch T.V., And go to sleep. The key is don't put the mask on at the last moment. So, Brush your teeth, put the mask on .....then do what ever you do with the mask on..........good luck, Sleep well.
both replies below are excellent what i do is diconnect the mask from the hose and leave the mask on while makin the midnite "run" then reconnect before you get in bed!!
Are you laying in bed reading or watching TV before hand?
To avoid falling asleep while putting your mask on, go to bed earlier before you get that exhausted.

What mask are you using that it is that difficult to put on?

Wallace has the best suggestion, disconnect the hose from your mask and keep your mask on while you make your bathroom run in the middle of the night. Don't take your mask off until you are ready to stay up for the day.
Think about the alternative. If you continue to go to sleep without it eventually you will not wake up.
