Holiday Lbs ......mindfullness helps

Hi friends, It is holiday season again. Cookies cakes and more are everywhere . A few pounds are easy to pack on. The consequences higher AHI's and what ever comorbidities we have making an appearance. I have been doing a food log.

(Which I would sometimes like to throw in with the ule log)

Found that my diet was not so good and some changes needed to happen.

 Loosing about 1 lb a week so far . 

Anybody else hear the cookies calling??
