Help with mask type and do i need to increase my pressure

Have been using a cpap machine for about 3 months. When i first got the machine wow i felt alert and awake and rested for the first time in years. After a few weeks though i started to yawn in the am alot as i did before and didnt feel the sharpness i had from the sleep i had been getting. I was opening my mouth when i was sleeping though i wasnt breathing with my mouth the doctor said i was loosing pressure. He gave me the blue velvet triangle mask and i dont think it works any better as a matter of fact i feel worse. He gave me a perscription for another mask thank God a smaller one the liberty mask. He feels this is the remedy.I feel like maby my pressure is in need of changing. I would assume i have a cpap machine i dont know if it has the features to monitor its effectiveness. I would appreciate any info thanks in advance.

Douglas, look at your machine and tell us exactly what it says on the front/top as to what kind and brand of machine it is and someone should be able to tell you whether it is data capable and how to check your numbers. This is really tthe only way- shecking AI and AHI that you or your doc can know if you need a pressure change.
