I would feel better if someone else answered those questions Eric. I am pretty unfamiliar with the end user software. I know how to interpret the numbers, but am still lacking in alot of the areas on these graphs. PSG software i know.
Eric said:Here is a graph question (or two):
1) What are the numbers attached to the apnea event (time of event?)?
2) The leak graph is the "corrected" graph correct? What does the red line at 24 L/min mean?
polysomnograph, it is the sleep study. i am a sleep tech.
Eric said:The numbers are the length of the corresponding apnea. The red line is maximum acceptable leak rate (a carryover from the "old days").Here is a graph question (or two):

I assume the goal should be much lower though. E.g. sitting at or near the line isn't great.

Correct. Why are you using a full face mask ? Have you tried another type of mask?

Tried using nasal pillows and masks. But I have bad sinuses and kept mouth breathing. So I was switched to a full face mask. For example one of my nostrils is always clogged so I didn't feel like I could get enough air. I think I need to find a new mask though. Leaks are just all over the place, and I can't adjust it any more. Last night was horrible.....

Any other advice Mike (or others)? I am going to be getting a loaner of the Hans Rudolph 7600, but not really sure were to go from here.

i know this isn't the complete answer, but one thing to do is get the sinus issue under control. if i were you, i'd see a very good allergist and work with him on your sinus issues. also, i'd try some sort of nasal irrigation. i myself use NeilMed Sinus Rinse.
