I happen to agree with your sentiments, but I feel that this posting is thoroughly and completely irrelevant to the reason I joined this group, and does not serve either cause very well.

I think that if Rock were a first time poster to the forum and dropped a non-apnea related link, it would be inappropriate. but once we start to have longtime members like Rock who add as much value as Rock does, they start to become part of the "family" so to speak, and we want to know about what makes them tick on a personal level. just my $0.02.

Thanks Mike. Daniel is right though, this probably was not the appropriate site for that one. I won't do it in the future.

Daniel I am curious. I know that this does not serve a apnea related cause, but what other cause does this not serve? I know that I should not have posted it here, but this site does serve a pretty good cause.

What other cause does it not serve?

Where to begin...
Labradoodle lovers discussion group...
Parkinson Disease support groups...
Society for the better understanding of the Quran...

I could go on and on and on. That's exactly why it has no place here, no matter how worthy it may be.

This is just my opinion, and I don't really wish to debate it any further.

I too do all I can for the troops, I got two Videos on you-tube that my recording studio produced for the Troops in Iraq & Afganistan. We sent hundreds of C.D.'s and DVD's to all we can. If anyone wants to see these works of art.... go to you tube and search THE WATERING FISH PROJECT, SURFING IN IRAQ & IRANISTAN. sleep well my friends....

As mother of a veteran of the Iraq war -- I am glad to see this post!!!! He was in the group that was in the initial invasion.

Thank you for your support Rock!!!

My son came home a different creature than when he went. Unfortunately, it was not a good change, but one of nightmares with him waking up screaming, moodiness, depression, the list can go on and on.

His platoon was often targeted by the enemy as they carried weapons and ammo. He witnessed the loss of his good buddy.

I am very proud of his service to his country and I am a member of this group -- so it does trickle down to having relevance in my opinion!!!

Again thank you Rock and all others that support our troops in this unpopular war!!!!

I have a brother over there. I also have done quite a few PTSD sleep studies. Talk about some bad dreams.
