Hello everyone!
I have use the nasal mask and it worked great, but I was having a rash like where the plastic touches face. I went to the mirage swift ll nasal pillows and I like it too only I still have some breakout.
Is there a mask with the nasal pillows with minimal touching to your face.
Please let me know....I only sleep on my side.

Buy some Ayr Saline Nasal Gel at your pharmacy. It is over the counter and not all that expensive. Not only will it help to heal the rash and toughen the skin for the future but it also helps the nasal pillows to seal better. Also try rolling the barrel a bit. The Swift LT does allow for that to some degree.

If you continue to have problems, you might want to consider an alternative mask such as the DreamWeaver, which is made of cloth (no plastic in contact with your face).

Thanks, where would I find info on this mask?
Last couple of days I have went back to the nasal mask and when I wake up my face where the mask covers is soaked in water and around the mask.
Any suggestions?

That's called "rain out". It is condensation from the humidity and warm air in the hose as compared to the room temperature.
You can try placing your CPAP lower than the level of your mattress and head
You can try turning your humidifier temperature down.
You can try hanging your hose above your head which also eliminates much of the tugging of your hose on your mask
You can try taking your hose under the blankets w/you so less of it is exposed to the cooler room air temperature
If all else fails you can buy the Aussie Heated Hose
And over at the talkboutsleep forum Tracy brought up a suggestion for a gadget cheaper than the Ausse Heated Hose you could check out

Oops... my bad. It's the "SleepWeaver", not the "DreamWeaver". Just perform a search for "SleepWeaver cpap mask" in Google or your preferred Internet search engine.

Hi Sandra, you may want to give RemZzzs CPAP mask liners a try as well. Hundreds of people in the US and all over the world (in 14 countries so far) have found relief from issues with skin irritation using RemZzzs. The mask liners work by creating a soft and absorbent barrier between the mask and skin which minimizes both leaks and irritation. The only issue would be that the liners are not compatible with the Mirage Swift (or other nasal "pillow" style masks) at this time, so if you still have the previously used nasal mask you could give that a try along with the liners.
