Healthy Sleep; Healthy Diet: Sleep Pattern Linked to Variety of Food Intake - Article

     I wonder if any on this board have noticed a difference depending on food/diet, etc.

     I love to eat late. Alas, I notice that I sleep (slightly) better if I've finished dinner more than three hours before bedtime. I also eat a variety of foods and take supplemental nutrients, however.

     I'd love to hear other SleepGuide.com members experience.
