My reply to the problems of asthma and hay fever seem to have been buried.
The first step of fighting seasonal asthma and hay fever is to distance yourself from the problem.
The second step, If you cannot physically remove to another place of residence, then you should consider filtering out the irritant. This is possible. If you have access to a Fisher & Paykel internet site get some inline filters. The item is RT019 and it filters out all pollens and most viruses. You add one number to your CPAP pressure and during sleeping hours you are irritant free.
The third step is to consult the manufacturer of your CPAP machine and demand an inline filter that filters out particles of 2.5 microns and above.
If this is not possible, consult your local hospital and ask them what 2.5+ micron filter they use to protect the lungs of babies and young children just out of the humidicrib.
An inline filter works when you are asleep. Try it!
