gee, they sure take their SWEET time with that, huh? is the test mostly multiple choice or are there essays and other subjectively scored portions?

then there's no justification for such a long lag time between taking the test and getting the results. they run it through a scoring machine, establish the curve, and done. i'm sure there's something more involved going on that i'm not aware of. don't want to seem like a know-it-all. i'm far from it -- as my wife will gladly attest.

Probably like the state journeyman licensing in our state. Depends on how many journeymen, electricians for instance, they need at the time how difficult the test is and how they set up the curve how many pass and get their license.
