Hi everyone I saw some posts on this but I didnt find where anyone else had this problem. They other night I was sleeping quite good and I inhaled stomach acid. OMG I thought I was a goner.
I am on an antibiotic for another reason and I think that may have been the culprit complecated by a home made pizza my hubbie fixed us for dinner. Anyways the cpaps off until I see the sleep doc on Tuesday. Karen
ps I wake up with the mask off a lot of times and readjusted it to my face and now its on all night again.

I would think that as long as you are only taking the tums when needed that you would not have a problem. If you are taking the tums at night. take the vb12 in the morning. B12 is great for memory, but don't forget to exercise your mind. I do sudoku. Crossword puzzles. word finds, and even math problems daily will help with memory retension. I can not spell at all.

Thanks Rock,

I have read that taking Tums can cause a B12 vitamin deficiency because it needs the acid to be absorbed. I'm hoping that my taking it only at night will not cause my acid to be too low for the B12. Especially because I started taking a separate B12 vitamin just yesterday because it is suppose to help with memory and perimenopause symptoms. Sometimes I don't know weather it's the bipap therapy not working or it's the "peri" that has got me so messed up. Probably both.

Did ya find the Tums at 4am?
