I have been using the Resmed nasal pillow system. The cutesy one: pink for females.
I get so stressed just thinking about going to bed, because all night long, me and that thing fight. And I just dread it.
I put the tubing up around my head because it pulls down onto my lips if I just leave it hanging there, and then it moves around during the night, and that either causes leakage, or the movement wakes me up.
I try to just not use the thing though, but then that causes me to wake up with adrenaline kicking in to get me breathing which is no fun either.
I have tried all kinds of things, and positions, and so forth. The face masks bother me too much. I am such a light sleeper, that the least thing wakes me up. So does anybody have any suggestions that I might not have tried?
