My wife just started on cpap and needs the smallest size nasal pillows possible. Right now she has the extra small swift LT for her mask. Is there anything available that's even smaller? She has very small nostils.

There are some petite size masks out there. I know that the Nasal Aire makes a petite size. Have you checked with your local DME Mike to see if they carry any sizes smaller?
Hi, just got back from the woods where there was NO internet access, so just seeing this now that I'm back. Thanks for the Nasal Aire suggestion. I'm going to ask my DME about that, and anything else they might have with smaller sizes. Her problem might have resolved itself though -- she slept though the night for the first time last night with the mask on, and hasn't complained in a few days about the prongs irritating her nostrils, so maybe we're ok.
