Ex-smokers: Did your nasal turbinates ever return to their normal size, or shrink at all?
I quit smoking more than 2 years ago, and was hoping that would help shrink my nasal turbinates, but that's not the case. Can anyone comment on this regarding their own experience? I had one somnoplasty treatment so far to try to shrink the turbinates, but that's not helping either, so I guess I'll go for another session. Thanks for any input.
