I have Encore Viewer –version: 1.0.0.003. Is there a latter version?? Would there be any need for me to upgrade. Attached are some of the data charts from my software.

As far as I know your version is fine for the machine you have.
I have not used the Encore Viewer software, but instead use the Encore Pro. But I have been told they are the same, except the Viewer version is for the patient.
