Here is a link if anyone is interested in the Respironics software and reader. You will have to have a data capable machine -- not one that just records compliance -- in order to obtain the full details from your machine.

I have no interest in Direct Home Medical and do not profit from endorsing them. In fact I have not used them to purchase any of my equipment instead choosing will price match any competitor as long as the item is the same.

interesting. i have the impression that ResMed makes it a little more difficult to buy their software than Respironics does.
ResMed, to my knowledge, still does not have any end user software. I have heard the scuttle that you can order through ResMed in Australia -- but since I don't own a ResMed have never verified it.

ResMed machines are superior to the Respironics as far as getting data off the LCD screen. ResMed may feel that is sufficient for the end user.

Some of the suppliers of the less well known machines have been making machines that are data capable and do have the software such as the Intellipap. It is my understanding that the software to these machines is easier to obtain.
Thanks again for some great reference information! I will check this out and also
