hi kids , so i am somewhat relieved something was found. Not that I want to have this dreaded ick. Its just several physicians have indicated a need for me to just "pull myself up by the boot straps," "see a shrink" and start jogging, etc etc.. I am so freaking tired and its been rough to keep up my happy face - glass is half full kind of nature.
