Hi...Idiscovered last year that I had severe OSA, probably for many years. After surgery this past Spring( March 2011), I was retested six months later, and was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. In other words, the surgery helped, but I still have OSA. My ENT, Dr. Steven Park, recommends trying the dental device route now, hopefully to furthr clear, or rid me of my OSA. Dr. Park recommends that I investigate dental  sleep appliances by Dentist Theodore Belfore ,and also the "DNA Appliance" by Dr. David Singh. Has anyone has success with these appliances( or Failure), or any success with other dental devices...Thanks!
