DEAR CONGRESS,

 Last year I mismanaged my funds and this year my family and I cannot decide on a budget. Until we can come to a unified decision that fits all of our needs and interests, we will have to shut down our check book and will no longer be able to pay our taxes. I'm sure you'll understand. Thank you very much for setting an example we can all follow.

I'd just be sure to put my tax money in escrow.  LOL!

Doubt my tax return will be acceptable next year - when asked if we have any dependents, I'm saying YES - 12 million illegal immigrants; 3 million drug/alcohol "benefit" receivers; 42 million "unemployable" people, 2 million people in over 243 prisons; and over 500 more in the U.S. House, Senate, and White House

like this one and feel exactly the same way , if they stopped all this, that alone would go along way to balance the budject
