Like many of us I have bought & tried pillows.  The Contour was too firm, as was the double edge PAPillow.  I bought a memory foam pillow at Walmart (only $12.95)  Opened up one seam on the Double Edge and removed some of the stuffing, which I was surprised to find was made out of very thin, shredded bits of plastic!  Then I cut the memory foam in the shape of the Double edge, put it inside the double edge with SOME of the stuffing still.  Sewed up the seam and now I have a nice soft layer on a firmer layer that is a good shape to sleep on with CPAP if you are a side sleeper.  I think the Papillow would be much better if the company did something along this line. Hopeing to have a more comfortable night with this!

Pillow still not working.  Still TOO firm.  Used my nice comfy down pillow last night but had many leaks.  The quest goes on.  Maybe the expensive oxygen pillow.  Don't mine the $$ if it would bwe comfortable and not push the mask off and cause leaks.
Go figure.  I slept all night (no leaks that I was aware or) on the contour pillow.  Will try it again tonight.  Maybe the 1 hour massage I had yesterday helped me to sleep better.  Wish I could afford one more than every other week.
A massage should certainly help you sleep better!  Maybe all the work on your pillow is paying off.
