There used to be a company in Australia that made custom fit masks -- was expensive as you had to go to their office for the mold, etc. It would seem to me that if they made the mask with you on your back, do the mold, make the mask, etc. what happens when you turn to side sleep? Your features will be somewhat different and would think it would still have issues with leakage etc. Don't know of anyone that has actually had one made.
