I have noticed since being on cpap for 4 months, I no longer have cravings for sweets. In the past everytime I went to the store I would have to get a candy bar or something sweet.

it's no coincidence. many studies have shown that when we get our sleep-wake cycle under control, it also gets our chemical responses to hunger/ cravings under control. the two are very much linked.
congrats, by the way. myself, I have my CPAP therapy under control, but still find it terribly hard to resist chocolate ;-)
