I also over a year ago was diagnosed with Asthma.  I initially sleep on my back by turn on my side all the time and the resmed quattro, I find my self either tightening to stay on my face, which I was told not to or pushing the mask to the bridge of my nose, which sometimes stops leaking in my eyes, but hurts my nose.

I have been wanting to know how to read the numbers off the cpap and what they mean.  How do you know if your numbers are high or low.  If someone would have an answer, I can't seem to make heads or tails of it.  Please let me know.  greatly appreciate that.

Kenneth, try the mask liners they really help, I don't have a beard but stuble and oily skin. Also do you have the hose coming from above your head? That has probably been the best solution for me for mask leaks. If it come from above your head the gravity pulls the mask up instead of down and you don't get tangled if you move around. You can buy a hose lift or I made one myself.
Mary, your lucky you don't have a beard, I hate shaving each day, it is a waste of time.
