Hi Becky,

No, I'm getting them just fine.  Thank you for your reply.  My first order of them WAS directly through you and at that time Medicare wouldn't cover them.  I called Medicare, wrote them a letter and requested them and by the next time I needed them, Medicare did cover them.  They would only send me "one box at a time" until I told them I neeed 90 for a 90 days.

I have been using the CPAP for 2 1/2 years now, the Remzzz's approximately 2 years.  When I first started using the CPAP, I had horrible leaks from the mask.  It kept me awake half of the night, just trying to tighten the straps to help with the "noise."  I looked online for something to help with that and came across the Remzzz's site and immediately ordered a 30 day supply, paying for it myself.  I think it was around $25.  I contact my supplier and they said they had never heard of them.  I gave her your website & she looked it up.  I also called Medicare to see if they would pay for them.  I think I got the billing codes from Remzzz's to give them.  The next time for me to order my supplies, I asked about them.  She said they could get them but only ONE box per month.  They could NOT send me 3 boxes "at a time."  I said, "But it's a 90 days supply, I need 3 boxes."  It took them several more times to "get it right, but now I make sure I say 3 BOXES, not just one.

i TRIED  THE REMZZS AND THEN QUIETUS AND THE QUIETUS ARE HEADS ABOVE THEM. FIRST THEY ARE REUSABLE AND YOU GET 3 TO 7 NIGHTS USE AND THEN THEY CAN BE WASHED AND USED AGAIN. THEY STOP THE LEAKING AND DELIVER MORE COOL COMFORT THAN ANY OTHER ONES I HAVE TRIED

Hi all,  I have been in touch with two of REMzzzs employees about the liners and both have gone out of their way to help me.  Thank you Becky and Annie.  I am now using the REMzzzs and love them.  So does my husband.  I sleep sound and haven't been rudely awakened from MY deep sleep by my poor hubby who was enduring the "trumpet blasts" of the air leaks.   I am more than satisfied with the product.  Such a simple remedy to something that causes so much trouble.  I highly recommend the company and know you will be more than satisfied with REMzzzs.  Thanks Becky and Annie for the samples.  I think the medium will work just fine.  God bless.  Sue
