For example, Medicare rents it for 13 months and it becomes yours in month 14 (as long as you passed the first 3 month trial period). A few other outright purchase it from the get-go and then the rest do a rent-to-own for the most part with most of the rent-to-owns being 10, 13 or 15 month rentals for the most part.
There is a small group of hybrids that will pay for it as a rental and then it can convert to purchase in month 3 if the compliance report looks good.
