CPAP, a series of videos by Dr. Rapoport at a Manhatten A.W.A.K.E. meeting

These videos are quite an investment in time- there are 10 in all. They are quite informative and informational. If you are wondering how/why CPAP works, or the difference in CPAP, BiLevel, AUTO, and Sensawake or about the Provent device these are a must watch. I have watched 8 of the ten and learned an amazing amount of information. One thing I wouldn't let these videos do is lead you to second guess your own doc's prescription. You could discuss what you learned, but each doc has their own preferences and experiences.

glad you got a lot out of them, Mary. I remember deciding to have them filmed, and Dr. Rapoport being very gracious in allowing us to do it.

Good for you, Mike C. I don't think I could make the small commitment of even 20 minutes a day. I tried it on a piece of PVC pipe and that circular breathing takes some practice.
