I've learned from others on this forum that Control III Elite is a powerful disinfectant for CPAP masks and other equipment, in that it can not only eliminate common germs, but also combat TB. It seems Control III Elite is the product the pros/hospitals use to disinfect cpap equipment.
Sleepy Carol and i were wondering about the odor left behind, though. Is it overbearing, and would it be offensive to folks with a sensitive sense of smell?

Sleepy Carol's question: "I have asthma and many smells trigger attacks. Bleach, ammonia, most household cleaners, etc. Would that be a problem with Control III?"
Here's a link to the Material Safety Data Sheet for Control III Elite. No special respiratory precautions are mentioned, but it does say to use skin and eye protection. I'd be very careful...
I remember a few years ago when I had to take a cpr class refresher course. In the previous courses we had taken, the instructor had always used alcohol to disinfect Annie between users. The instructor had switched to bleach solution. When it was my turn, I had a reaction to the bleach and ended up in an asthma attack I can still remember today.
I have noticed when I clean my house many of the chemical smells of the cleaners will send me into an attack.
I appreciate Daniel posting the link and replying.
If others have used this product that have asthma, I would be interested in their reactions to it.
