Condensation solved.
I have had a problem with the hose of my Fisher and Paykel machine. Condensation in the mask is the problem. The machine is designed to deliver warm moist air. But, especially in winter, the moisture has condensed and it's a bit like drowning.
So, my wife has made a tube of old blankets that cover the hose and condensation is no longer a problem.
It has made a great difference.
