just read this:
"Cathay Pacific told me it was happy for passengers to use CPAP sleep apnoea machines on its flights with two weeks' notice.
One week before my flight to Beijing, Cathay had to fax details of my machine to China.
Three days before my flight Cathay refused to take my brand (one of the three largest suppliers) and my ticket was cancelled.
Fortunately, Qantas was able to take me and the CPAP. I am still waiting for a refund of $7683 from Cathay."
