HOLY MOLY!!! I have been using my CPAP religiously now for 6 months. Prior to this I was on a whole bunch of meds, including a blood pressure med. The week after getting my CPAP I stopped 3 of the meds (sleep, depression, and blood pressure). Last week I started taking my blood pressure again to see how I was doing and it has dropped! Nearly 15 points each on Systolic AND Diastolic! I was running 145- 100 and now my average for the week is 125 over 78!!

Both of my vaues deceased 15 and 10 points and have stayed down for three years now. I think that it took less than a month to settle down. Solid rest must be an amazing factor in a healthy life style.
Great for you.....mine dropped at first but is very much so up now.....I've lost a few pounds but now seem to have something else going on......lots depression and anxity (spelling)
