Given the severity of my OSA I think it best if I buy a back up machine. The more I look at different machines the more confused I become.
I have been using a ResMed BiPap VPAP S for over 2 years and I'm happy with the results but frustrated with its lack of easy communication of data to my PC. I'm on BiPap because I was uncomfortable exhaling at EPAP of 20.
1. Is there something that an Auto BiPap machine can do that an Auto CPAP machine can't do? If yes is it really worth an extra $1,000?
2. Would a Auto CPAP machine give me a difference between IPAP and EPAP of 4?
Thanks, Tom
