anybody use provent and a dental device together

Has anyone used a provent and a dental device together?

 

I am usin gmy cpap and my dental device toether but I want to see if i can get rid of the CPAP after my sleep study.

I am currently using bpap and a dental appliance. It is the only way i can get a mask to fit on my face. I had 5 surgical procedures to try to correct my sleep apnea they were a waste.
