I have a rather large nose (thanks to my Italian ancestors!) and could not use a regular mask, because I could never get a seal around the bridge of my nose.
I was recommeded to try a Breeze Nasal a few years ago, and it was a dream! I could not use the x-large pillows, however, because my nostrils are long and narrow, but instead use the large dilator, which is a large pillow but also is long so it extends into the nostril a bit, sort of like a funnel.
Anyway, with the Breeze, I can only sleep on my side because of the apparatus. Not a problem, but after a few years, sleeping on my back would be nice sometimes.
I have read about the Swift FX, and the other Swift products. But I don't know about the nasal pillows, or if they would work for me.
Before I purchase a new Breeze -- or try the Swift FX and buy the insurance to return it if it doesn't work -- does anyone have any experience or knowledge of the Swift FX with regards to having a large nose?
Signed, Jimmy Durante (aka Tony!)
