Sleep meds accoring to my knowledge has an influence. It relaxes the muscles even more.
There is a lot of medicines that worsens apnea.
It is important to go for a sleep study at a reputable clinic and sleep specialist.
Start using the prescibed treatment. CPAP is the most efficient according to my knowledge.
