Im really lost reading about these machines that record data. I had a defective machine, but the doctor's office got the manufacture to send me a new one ASAP. SO now I have a REMstar Auto A flex. It has a memory card -- SD card I guess.
Why can't I see that data? I could be wrong, but it seems to me the patient is left in the dark about so much of what's going on.
What data is availble? Is there a way for me to see the data?

*sigh* I so wish that Respironics would give up on that REMStar name! They use it w/every series of PAP they produce. REMStar tells us NOTHING but that it was made by Respironics. They just make it so confusing by continuing to use the same model names over and over as well: Plus and Pro ... and Resmed is no better, constantly using the same model names over and over ... *sigh*
So do you have the Respironics M Series Auto w/A-Flex or the PR SystemOne Auto w/A-Flex?? Both are fully data capable devices. But how you access the data and what data is available via the LED screen and what data is available via the patient version software, EncoreViewer, differs between them.
Generally, by Efficacy data or data we mean, at the very least,: Leak rate, AHI and AI.
